About Vitaria Care
At our core, we're about making quality healthcare more accessible. We bring together licensed providers and pharmacies to create treatments built around you, not a one-size-fits-all approach. We're proud to walk alongside patients across a wide range of health journeys, always guided by science and personalized care. Quality, transparency, and personalized care guide everything we do.
We're available across all 50 states and Washington, D.C., though some treatments may vary depending on where you live. At this time, we're only able to serve those residing within the U.S.. We're unable to accommodate members in U.S. territories like Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands just yet.

How it works?
Step 1 — Complete your intake form
Answer a few quick questions about your health so we can make sure this treatment is the right fit for you. It only takes a few minutes.
